purchase agreement
There are two purposes to the purchase agreement. It is designed to spell out what you can expect when purchasing one of my kittens.
-All kittens will have a minimum of one set of kitten vaccines (usually two) prior to leaving my home.
-All kittens come with TICA registration papers & a written one year health guarantee.
The agreement also spells out what I expect of any family wanting to adopt one of my Bengal kittens.
-All kittens must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age.
-I am typically able to get into my vet to have them spayed/neutered prior to leaving my home. There is an additional $150 charge for this.
-All kittens must be kept indoors.
-Proof of spay/neuter MUST be mailed, emailed, or texted to me by the time your kitten is 6 months of age if they leave unaltered. It is not my responsibility to remind families of this.

Q: Am I required to register my Bengal kitten with TICA? A: No, you will be given your registration papers the day you bring your kitten home but you are not required to register your kitten with TICA. (TICA is the equivalent of AKC with dogs)
Q: Should I always be given my TICA registration papers from any breeder I purchase a kitten from?
A: YES- TICA registration papers are the only proof your kitten is a purebred & registered kitten. Just because a breeder has registration papers on the parents does NOT mean your kitten can be registered with TICA. When a family purchases a pair of bengals as pets their offspring CANNOT be registered so be carful of this when searching for kittens. Breeders pay extra for breeding rights when they buy their Queens and Kings and kittens sold as pets do not have TICA breeding rights. Clarify this with your breeder when inquiring about a Bengal kitten. If a breeder wants to wait to give your registration papers on your kitten you can always ask to visualize the papers to prove they exist prior to bringing your kitten home.
